1. Email us
Everything goes through shop@carsrule.co.uk — orders, returns, sizing, wholesale, press, the lot. It reaches a person, not a ticket queue.
We aim to reply within 2 working days. Around a drop it can take a little longer, and we'd rather answer properly than fire back something useless.
To save a round trip, tell us:
- Your order number (it's in your confirmation email, and starts with a #CREAM)
- What you'd like us to do
- A photo, if something has arrived faulty, damaged or wrong

3. About that address
109-111 Fulham Palace Road is our registered office. It's there because company law requires a public address on file, and because you're entitled to know who you're buying from.
It is not a shop, a warehouse, or a returns address. Nobody there can help you with an order, and parcels sent to it won't reach us.
- Returning something? Email us first and we'll send you the correct return address — see our refund policy.
- Cancelling an order? Email is fine. You can write to the registered office if you'd rather, but email is faster.
4. If something goes wrong
Tell us. Email shop@carsrule.co.uk with your order number and what's happened, and we'll put it right — that's almost always quicker than any formal route.
If we haven't resolved it to your satisfaction, UK customers can take a consumer complaint to Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk, or 0808 223 1133), who can refer it to Trading Standards.
